Base price includes HST and applicable rebate(s). Price does not include land transfer tax. The price of the house does not include the price of the lot.  It doesn't include the price of the lot because lot prices vary. To see lot prices go to the community you'd like to build in, click on the Interactive Site Plan link, click on the lot you'd like more information about and a lot information box will appear and show the lot price.
