Hayhoe Homes COVID-19 Response
At Hayhoe Homes our highest priority is the health and safety of our customers, suppliers, trade partners and employees. Due to the current COVID-19 virus situation we are taking extra precautions to keep our customers, suppliers, trade partners and employees safe and healthy.
The Presentation Centers are open; we do require that you book an appointment. We will not be open for drop-in visitors but are happy to meet with customers by appointment or phone. The sales team is readily available and will continue to deliver the same high level of award-winning customer service. The entire sales process can be completed digitally (email, edocuments, PDFs, etc). Rest assured that during this time we are committed to continuing to serve our customers and make the purchase of a new home enjoyable!
For those that would like to book a sales or selections appointment we will ask that you confirm some health and safety questions prior to meeting:
- Do you have the following: fever, and/or new onset of cough or difficulty breathing?
- Have you travelled internationally in the 14 days before the onset of illness?
- Have you had contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19?
- Have you had close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has travelled internationally in the 14 days before their symptom onset?
If the answer to any of these points is ‘yes’ we ask that you limit your contact with us to email correspondence and / or phone calls. For those that will be meeting on-site we have ample hand-sanitizer and disinfectant wipes and we are following the best practices for keeping a sterile site as set out by Health Canada.
Fulfilling our responsibilities to our customers is a high priority and it is our intent to ensure minimal disruption to day-to-day business as our customers are at the center of everything we do here at Hayhoe Homes.
