When building a single family home the lot is selected first, followed by the floor plan, and then the features and upgrades. The optional features and upgrades list shows the items that are available and the approximate price range (exact prices are available via a formal quotation). A thorough review of the features and upgrades list is recommended as items cannot be added, deleted, or changed after the agreement is signed. Our building process ensures quality standards are met, the requirements of the Ontario Building Code & local building rules are met, the jobsite is safe, and the house is completed by the closing date.
