All Hayhoe Homes come protected under a Tarion New Home Warranty. As Ontario’s not-for-profit consumer protection organization, Tarion administers the province’s new home warranty program. It is required by Ontario law that all new homes are provided with a warranty by the builder. Tarion’s role is to ensure that buyers of newly built homes receive the coverage they are entitled to under their builder’s warranty. From the moment you sign an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, your new home is protected, ensuring you receive the coverage you deserve.
